However, for folks that have a history of paying their bills on time getting a mortgage should not be difficult. I hope this helps.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;I've actually started getting some calls and some inspections on REO and short sale properties.&amp;#160; One thing I notice more often - many of these seem to have several &quot;For Sale&quot; signs in the yard, or sitting in the garage.&amp;#160; I've interpreted that to mean they've tried to sell the home, but their marketing hasn't worked... either they tried to do FSBO, then turned to an agent when it was already too late, or they switched Realtors without giving them a chance, pricing issues, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
