You make some good points Bryant.

It's interesting to watch Realtors and real estate agents responses. Many are upset, but not upset enough to get off their butts and upgrade their technology skills.

They're up in arms over Zillow, Redfin and the others - but only to the point of moaning and bitching. This is part of the group that needs to move on.

Have you noticed that Zillow is not the topic of every third blog post or news story lately? Did their spin machine break?

John, Thanks for stopping by. Getting defensive is definitely not the response to have. Hey Redfin is entitled to do business any way they want. REALTORS(R) getting angry is exactly the response they are looking for. I choose to "up my game".

Zillow is last month's news. At least until they unveil a new feature.
